Leanda is a qualified practitioner in Mindfulness having completed a two year Master’s degree in Mindfulness Based Interventions at University College Dublin. She is also a qualified psychologist and a member of the Psychological Society of Ireland.
Leanda completed a series of Masterclasses in Mindfulness in the Workplace at the Oxford Mindfulness Centre, Oxford University.
Leanda uses her skills to give you access to effective strategies and tools which change the quality of your personal and professional life beyond all recognition.
Based upon Leanda’s recent work in the health and financial services sectors she offers an effective programme that can be tailored to corporate needs. This draws from her experience working in large corporates combined with the development of her practice skills honed in her studies at UCD and Oxford.
She is passionate about her work as a Mindfulness Teacher and looks forward to sharing this passion with you and through teaching you mindfulness the skills to respond rather than react and the positive influence it can have on your working life and your relationships both inside and outside work.
